The First 15 Promotional Offer Terms & Conditions
Exclusive to the first 15 clients with event locations falling within Zones 1–5 as defined in our Delivery Zones Page.
Valid only upon signing a rental contract and paying a non-refundable 50% retainer.
Eligible clients receive 15% off the combined total of rental items and the starting base delivery fee for their assigned zone. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and applied to the subtotal after the 15% discount is applied.
The 15% discount applies only to the initial contracted total. It does not apply to post-signing additions, damages, late fees, or unexpected site access charges. Any additional fees incurred after contract signing—such as unnotified stairs, long-distance carry fees, elevator restrictions, or site delays discovered upon delivery—will be invoiced at full price and are non-discountable.
The rental item subtotal must meet or exceed the required minimum order amount for your specific zone prior to calculating the 15% discount.
This promotion may be combined exclusively with the WILDFLOWER package. It cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or custom discounts.
If subsequent order modifications reduce the rental subtotal below your zone's required minimum, the 15% discount is forfeited. All rental items are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of both the contract and retainer.
