1. Reserving Your Date

​

  Securing Inventory: A 50% non-refundable retainer and a signed agreement reserve your pieces. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event. Final floor plans, delivery timeframes, and coordinator details are due 30 days prior so our team can prepare for a smooth setup.

2.Rental Period & Deliveries

​

 Standard rentals cover up to 13 consecutive hours, starting as soon as our delivery team arrives on site.

To ensure on-time setup, we ask that pathways remain clear (at least 4 feet wide) and the setup area is clear of debris or other venue furniture before our crew arrives. Please let us know in advance if your venue has stairs, long walks (over 50 feet from the unloading zone), elevators, or late-night pickup requirements after midnight so we can plan the right crew size.

3.Weather & Venue Requirements

​

 Our handcrafted woodwork and soft furnishings love dry, level surfaces.

 For outdoor setups, a fully covered indoor or waterproof backup space is required in case of rain or severe weather.

 For private property setups, lawn sprinklers must be turned off 24 hours before delivery.

4.Caring for Handcrafted Inventory

​

 Solid timber naturally features unique grain patterns, knots, and gentle character—it is all part of the charm!

If you need to shift tables after setup, please ensure at least two adults fully lift each table (sliding can damage the base) and pull the legs firmly outward to re-engage the locks.

 Tables and seating are designed for dining and display. We ask that guests refrain from standing or dancing on furniture, and keep items free of direct open flames, hot pans, or confetti/glitter.

 Before our team arrives for teardown, please ensure all personal decor, tableware, florals, and linens are cleared from the inventory.

 

5.Cancellations & Adjustments

 30+ Days Notice: If you need to reschedule more than 30 days out, your retainer can be transferred to a new date within 12 months, subject to availability.

 Because inventory is reserved exclusively for you and unavailable to other clients, cancellations within 14 days of the event date are non-refundable.
